Service terms

These terms apply when you book lawn mowing, garden care or landscaping with Mowing Hero.

Prices

Prices are fixed per visit and based on the lawn size and options you choose. If the lawn is a different size or condition from what was booked, we'll tell you the correct price before we start and you can choose whether to go ahead.

Regular services

Regular services have no minimum term. You can skip, pause, change or cancel any time by contacting us at least 24 hours before a visit. Regular-service discounts apply while you stay on that schedule.

Weather

We won't mow waterlogged lawns or work in unsafe weather. We'll move the visit to the next suitable day and let you know.

Access and pets

Please make sure we can get to the lawn, and keep pets inside or secured while we work. If we can't access the lawn on the day, a call-out fee of up to half the visit price may apply.

Payment

Payment is due after each visit, by card, tap or PayID.

Happy lawn promise

If you're not happy with a visit, tell us within 48 hours and we'll return to fix anything we missed at no cost.

Landscaping

Landscaping is quoted in writing after an on-site visit. Quotes are free and there's no obligation.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
